3. Add to cart and checkout
1. On delivery date, we'll send you an SMS in the morning to remind you of upcoming order(s)
2. Food deliveries should arrive cold in your pre-packed meals within the delivery slot that you selected. If the rider is running late, we will let you know.
3. Food should be heated and consumed immediately. If not consuming immediately, please place in a refrigerator immediately, and consume within the day.
You can find the available meal options in the MEAL PLANS section. Each day has a different menu, and we release menus up to 4 weeks ahead.
Our products change daily at Kraver's Canteen, to keep things interesting for you all the time. If you particularly loved one of the dishes you've had in rotation, you can try finding those dishes at https://kravers.com or https://thesixpackchef.ph.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Head over to your dashboard.
3. Click the order you want to edit or cancel.
4. Click amend order.
5. Select the change you want to make.
Any changes or cancellations must be made in accordance to the ordering cut-off times, which follows a 5pm cut-off 2 days before. There is no penalty or loss for changes made within the cut-off.
Effective August 1, 2024, cut-off period will be moved to 12:00mn the day before delivery date--i.e. if ordering for Wednesday, orders must be placed/modified by Monday at 11:59pm.
We only encode addresses of companies who have partnered with us for the development of this program. If your company address is not yet listed, reach out to us at bd@kravers.com so we can get started the onboarding process. If your company is registered already, but your specific address or drop-zone is not configured correctly, please also reach us as bd@kravers.com so that we may adjust our system accordingly.
