Orders placed on this website are for PRE-ORDER only. When you make a purchase, you will be asked to set a date and time for your delivery to arrive, within a one (1) hour window of time. You will be notified of the order status on the day of via SMS. 

Payments must be made online in advance using credit/debit card or online transfer (operated by PayPal)

If you can't wait and want to order something from us right now, look for us on GrabFood or GrabMart. You'll get your food faster, but won't get the pre-order discount.

Change requests may be sent to Please include your order # and delivery date & time in the subject line, and details of your requested change in the body.

  • Requests made more than 24hrs ahead of the scheduled delivery time will be automatically accepted. 
  • Change requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery are subject to approval.

What about changes in the price?

If the change causes an increase in the price, any additional expenses must be paid before the change is accepted. Any decrease in price will be refunded as an e-voucher with equivalent credit.

Reschedule requests will be accommodated up to 2 times maximum for an order. Adjusted dates must be within 7 days of the original scheduled time.

If you received something that was wrong or incorrect, please take a photo and email us at with your order details and concerns, and someone from our team will get in touch to investigate the issue. 

If you did not receive your item, please email us at and we will investigate the cause and inform you of what happened.

When riders can prove that they arrived at the destination within the allotted time, and tried to call the phone number provided at least 3 times, the order will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

When you are at checkout, you will see the option to move forward using PayPal. You may proceed with this option and input your credit/debit card information, which will be safely processed with PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
